If you wish to return products to three-sixty, it’s not a problem. Here’s how to do it. Simply post the unwanted goods back to us in protective packaging with a copy of the invoice and a brief note to let us know why you are returning the goods.

However, we’re sorry but we cannot issue a credit note for the following:

  • Temperature-controlled products
  • Damaged products
  • Items with less than 6 months expiry date

However, we’re human too. If the goods are sent in error by three-sixty or were damaged en-route, we won’t quibble. You’ll get a full refund.
